Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of the order being placed. Orders will usually be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class for UK orders, which takes between 1-2 working days to arrive, after the date of dispatch. In the event of a non-delivery, please contact us within 30 days of the order. 

To keep things simple, our UK postage cost is a flat rate of £1.99, no matter how much you order.

As a new business, we are not currently shipping outside of the UK, but this will hopefully change shortly. 

All products will be well packaged and protected to prevent damage in transit.

No product we sell is classified as 'hazardous goods' (According to European Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008) to comply with postal regulations when sending items through Royal Mail.

As our business is based online, we do not have a physical shop, so unfortunately orders cannot be collected from us.

Returns

If you wish to cancel/return an order or item, for any reason, please contact us at info@mantismodels.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, for us to arrange the return of the item/s. Items should be sent back in a sellable condition, and be returned within 14 days after confirmation of the return request. When received by us, a refund will be provided, less any original postage cost.

If any product is faulty, please contact us within 40 days of the date the order was placed, and we will arrange a return of the product to us for a replacement or full refund. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
